We continuously monitor real-time market demand based on destination, travel season (peak, holiday, or regular), and unit category. Target yields range from $5,500 USD up to $14,000+ USD per night depending on unit performance.
When and how do I receive rental payouts?
Payouts are processed securely once the reservation is confirmed and guest check-in is verified, transferring funds directly to your preferred bank account.
What happens if my week does not get rented?
We utilize targeted marketing campaigns and adaptive pricing models to maintain maximum occupancy rates. Should market conditions fluctuate, we provide advance notice to optimize rates accordingly.
Are there any upfront fees?
Our transparent plans allow you to join by selecting the Pack that best fits your week inventory. Most management fees are deducted directly from the generated rental yield.
